School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences
Full-time (37 hrs per week); Open-ended contract
A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Duty Manager for the East Midlands’ National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine (NCSEM-EM), based at Loughborough University. You will provide administrative and receptionist support to the clinical and research areas of the NCSEM building, offering a professional and courteous service to patients and visitors at all times. Applicants will have excellent IT skills and be able to prioritise and organise workload in a busy reception environment, with good knowledge of infection prevention and control policies.
This full-time post is offered on an open-ended contract. We are looking for someone who is available to work the following hours each week:
Monday 08:00–16:00
Tuesday 08:00–16:00
Wednesday 10:00 –18:00
Thursday 10:00 –18:00
Friday 10:00 –17:00
