Loughborough Sport
Full time and open ended
Shift allowance of 12.5% term time and 5% vacation time
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join the Loughborough Sport team. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and energetic environment that inspires our students and customers to engage in health and fitness activities at industry-leading standards. As part of our front-line delivery team, you will provide exceptional customer care, deliver innovative fitness programmes, and support participants to achieve their physical activity goals. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards within the facility, offering expert fitness advice, and helping to create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that reflects the Loughborough Sport brand.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others, strong communication and customer service skills, and a proactive, 'can do' attitude. You will contribute to group exercise delivery, fitness consultations, safe equipment use, and be a positive presence on the gym floor, supporting both individual users and our Student Gym Activators. We are looking for someone who leads by example, maintains a strong knowledge of industry trends, and is committed to ongoing professional development.
