School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences

We are seeking an experienced Performance Analysis Professional with a strong academic background and significant experience in high-performance sport as a Applied Performance Analyst. The successful applicant will contribute to teaching on our undergraduate and master's programmes, supervise applied projects with key sporting partners, and have the opportunity to provide Performance Analysis support to high-performance teams within Loughborough Sport. It is anticipated that they will actively drive innovation and best practice in the discipline, and the provision of applied experiences for our students.
While this is primarily an academic role, it is intended to bridge the gap between academic and applied service delivery and there will be opportunities within the post’s hours for professional practice with Loughborough Sport. We would also consider applications from practitioners interested in undertaking this role part-time while continuing their work as Performance Analysis Practitioners in professional sport.
