Director of Athletics
Position offered on a full time or part time basis
Loughborough University is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed Director of Athletics to drive our flagship performance programme forward.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience from the world of athletics, including strategic leadership, culture development and the drive to continue to embed excellence across every area of athletics provision at Loughborough.
Inter disciplinary working is an essential part of our philosophy and the Director will lead this approach across all event groups. We are looking to develop our competition programme and work towards becoming a leading centre for coach and practioner development in the world. The Director of Athletics will need to work with multiple stakeholders including British Athletics, our student club and the large number of volunteers involved in our programmes.
