Marketing and Advancement are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join the support team based within the Hazlerigg Building on our Loughborough campus.
We are seeking a friendly individual with a can-do attitude and flexible approach to work. The person appointed will be the first point of contact for face-to-face and telephone enquiries for students, staff and visitors. You will hold strong interpersonal skills, be courteous with a polite and friendly approach, pride yourself on your excellent customer service skills and have the ability to handle a wide range of tasks.
As well as working with Marketing and Advancement you will work closely with the Vice-Chancellors Office (VCO) to provide a first-class service and initial first point of contact for their visitors.
The role is a part-time, 9am – 5.30pm Monday, 9am – 5.30pm Tuesday and 9am – 12pm Wednesday (18 hours per week).
