We are presenting an opportunity for someone with a passion for digital engineering to join the School of Aeronautical, Automotive, Chemical and Materials Engineering as a University Teacher (equivalent grade to Lecturer). The role holder will leverage the £5.8m investment at Loughborough University in Digilabs, an exciting array of learning spaces and technology resources such as XR facilities including VR/AR headsets, GPU workstations, robotics, 3D immersive wall and 3D motion tracking. The successful candidate will advance digital pedagogy, and design and deliver impactful and inclusive learning experiences in our programmes.
We are seeking applicants with experience in or across the following areas of digital engineering: augmented/virtual reality, digital twins, simulation and optimisation, AI in engineering applications, industry 4.0, engineering data analytics, programming, CAD etc.
