Specialist Tutor

We are seeking to recruit to 2 Specialist Tutor posts.
Location: Loughborough University: On campus and remote.
Join our professional, vibrant, and creative team at Loughborough University. We are currently expanding our Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity (SWAI) Team, part of Student Services, and are seeking enthusiastic and passionate colleagues to join us. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a professional team committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational experience for disabled students, in particular those with neurodivergence.
Post 1: 37 hours per week for 33 weeks hybrid working pattern: This includes tutoring across Terms 1, 2, and 3 (30 weeks), together with one week during both the Christmas and Easter holiday periods, and the remaining 5 days allocated for team days, CPD, and training activities.
Post 2: 22.2 hours per week for 33 weeks predominately remote: This includes tutoring across Terms 1, 2, and 3 (30 weeks), together with one week during both the Christmas and Easter holiday periods, and the reaming days allocated for team days, CPD, and training activities. Following a hybrid induction period, this role will predominately be remote via MS Teams. There will be an expectation to attend a minimum of two team days on campus per academic year, as well occasional campus‑based service events and as operationally required.
