Student Enterprise and Operations Associate x 2 Positions
Full time, open ended
We are currently looking for two Student Enterprise and Operations Associates to join our amazing team. Our Student Enterprise team is responsible for developing entrepreneurial skills and student start-up businesses as part of the Loughborough Enterprise Network (LEN) which sits within our Student Services Department. Student Services provides a wide range of advice, guidance, and support services, events and activities for students, graduates, and other stakeholders.
The University ambition is to provide all students with a life-shaping experience and the support required to maximise their graduate outcomes through the creation of meaningful skill development opportunities. You’ll support this day to day by working directly with students, staff and student/ graduate businesses. Therefore, you’ll need to be comfortable talking to students, staff and partners, delivering training events and organising other activities both autonomously as well as within the team.
You will also work closely with the wider LEN team, leading on LEN activities designed for all our students and recent graduates. You will support students as they begin their entrepreneurial journey delivering workshops and offering business advice. Experience of IT systems is beneficial, including data collection.
LEN’s objectives fit across our many spaces on campus which, as well as Loughborough London, include collaborating with Loughborough Students Union (LSU) and LUinc.
