Loughborough University is offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our experienced Undergraduate Admissions team within the Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering.
This exciting and varied role will involve providing advice and guidance to prospective applicants and/or their supporters from initial enquiry through to registration. They will have specific responsibility for making admissions decisions within pre-agreed frameworks for a range of applications submitted via UCAS and event planning for Visit and Open days.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, excellent communicator, adaptable, and have a strong commitment to excellent customer service. They will have experience of working within a busy office environment and be proficient in the MS Office suite. The most desirable attributes are good analytical skills with the ability to investigate anomalies, high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
