We are seeking a Senior Research and Enterprise Contracts Manager to join the Research Support Team within the Research and Enterprise Office. The Senior Research and Enterprise Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of research and enterprise related agreements, from Non-Disclosure and Material Transfer Agreements to complex and challenging multi-party research collaboration agreements and industrially funded contracts, with a portfolio covering a wide variety of collaborators and Funders.
The successful candidate will be a confident and able communicator with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and communicate often complex issues to a wide range of people. The ability to work in a close-knit team with a commitment to providing the highest standards of service is also essential.
NB We are advertising for both a Research & Enterprise Contracts Manager, to be appointed at Grade 6 and a Senior Research & Enterprise Contracts Manager to be appointed at Grade 7, but will only make one appointment, with grading and starting salary to be confirmed based upon the respective skills and experience of the successful applicant.
