Loughborough University and Loughborough Lightning are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to continue to develop our pathway programmes.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in coaching and developing the next generation of netballers. The postholder will Head Coach the NXT Gen squad and work as part of a coaching team throughout Loughborough Lightning. There may be opportunities within NSL for the right candidate. You will lead our netball pathway for talented athletes and will oversee our BUCS 1st team. You need to be able to work independently, develop strong relationships with our players and staff and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
This a rare opportunity to be part of a unique multi-sport performance development environment where innovation and creativity are actively encouraged.
