Loughborough University is looking to recruit a passionate and motivated Assistant Tennis Coach. The role will support the Head Coach and the interdisciplinary team to provide sector leading coaching provision and programme development for all players within the University's Performance, BUCS, and Wheelchair Tennis programmes.
The successful coach will have the opportunity to work at one of the best tennis facilities in the UK and be supported and encouraged to take part in coach development and mentoring opportunities, both within tennis and our wider performance sport network.
The development of performance and participation pathways within tennis are crucial to the Loughborough Sport student tennis experience and as such, this is no usual Assistant Coach role. This is a fast paced, multi-dimensional role whereby the right person will be influential in working with students and staff alike to help create truly inspiring and developmental tennis experience. This role requires adaptability and a willingness to be immersed in all aspects of tennis, including wheelchair tennis.
