Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week), 5 days over 7. Mix of early and late shifts.

We are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Duty Manager at The Link Hotel.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the hotel, coordinating all daily operational standards to ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional guest service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the operation.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, who can communicate effectively with both guests and team members and be able to deal confidently and proactively with any guest issues. You will have experience in supervising a team within a busy customer facing operation.
