Loughborough Sport
Full time and open ended
We have an exciting new opportunity at Loughborough Sport for a full time Physiotherapist / Sports Rehabilitator.
The post holder will be working with long term injuries across our performance programmes. This will include working with elite level athletes who are looking to return to their sport and perform. The position involves delivering rehabilitation and treatment of athletes in our world class facilities under supervision from the lead therapist. The role also includes soft tissue work for injuries and performance reasons and providing pitch side support for matches and training sessions.
The successful candidate will have experience working with long term injuries and be an excellent communicator. They will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a team and in sport.
Working alongside members of the medical and technical staff you will be driving the teams forward, striving for sporting success, clinical excellence and athlete development. The successful candidate will join a large medical department with over 20 clinicians with a focus on personal and professional development.
