Academic Registry
Full Time - Open Ended
An exciting opportunity has arisen to form part of the University’s Timetabling Team of 13 staff, based within Academic Registry. The successful candidate will manage the administration of room bookings for all affiliated stakeholders. This includes; academic and administrative staff, external clients and the Loughborough Students’ Union and Athletic Union for all University pool rooms.
Applicants will have good customer service skills and have the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders to undertake and amend room bookings, take accurate minutes at meetings, produce weekly room bookings reports for the Security and Domestic Services teams and process room hire charges. We particularly welcome applications from BAME communities as we are actively seeking to make the department more diverse.
Academic Registry, and the Timetabling Team in particular, make a vital contribution to the University’s continued success in the National Student Survey and the University is ranked in the top 10 of all major national league tables.
