Loughborough University has an exciting opportunity to join our London campus as a Professional Services Administrator. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic team players to contribute to the work of the School. These key customer focused roles include supporting students, Doctoral Researchers, academic staff and liaising with other professional service teams across the University to ensure the School’s professional services operate efficiently and effectively to deliver an excellent experience for students and staff.
We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service and communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload. Providing an excellent service to students and colleagues is essential and we are looking for individuals with the experience and skills to contribute to the team in this area. As it is such a diverse role, it is not only a richly rewarding post in itself, but also a fantastic development opportunity for someone looking to enter the Higher Education sector.
