The Research and Innovation Office plays a leading role in shaping and delivering the University’s research and innovation activities and provides a high quality, added value and seamless service to researchers across the research development pipeline.
We are currently recruiting for Research and Innovation Support Officers to join our Research and Innovation Support Team.
The role is offered on a full time and open-ended contract basis, on an Administrative Grade 5 salary of £27,979 - £32,982 per annum. About the role
The Research and Innovation Support Officers will be responsible for providing research administration support to academic colleagues throughout the full project lifecycle, from the initial costing and submission of high-quality proposals through to the ongoing financial management of active projects and project closure.
You will join a busy team that is tasked with delivering high volumes of work, accurately and often to tight deadlines. Therefore, we are looking for highly organised individuals, who are proactive, adaptable and have excellent attention to detail. Whilst experience in a similar role would be beneficial, full training and support will be provided.
