The Role:
To provide expert level knowledge and support for the Configuration Manager infrastructure and play a vital role in the deployment and maintenance of the associated services.
This role demands a deep understanding of Configuration Manager and Intune in conjunction with excellent troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities will include managing the Intune infrastructure to ensure a secure endpoint estate made up of Macs, Windows PCs, and mobile devices.
About your team:
As part of the End User Environment Team, you will be joining 8 other End User Professionals.
This friendly and diverse team is responsible for providing expert support and development on a wide range of End User Services such as the managed Windows lab and staff services; Mac services; Printing; Software packaging and licensing.
EUE achieve its goals by collaborating with each other and key stakeholders across the university.
