Estates & Facilities Management are the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University providing accommodation and catering within halls and various outlets for students, staff and visitors.
We are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join our Administration Team supporting the Catering, Domestic and Residential Services teams. Duties of the role include the preparation and running of payroll reports, dealing with general and payroll queries, and the weekly deployment of in-house pool staff and agency staff.
The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and confidentiality, excellent communication and IT skills and posses the ability to adapt and react to a changing environment.
