Timetabling Manager, Academic Registry
Full Time, Open-Ended Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen to form part of the University’s Timetabling Team based within Academic Registry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading one strand of the University’s Timetabling Team to deliver a high standard of service for students, staff and other key stakeholders across several academic Schools. In partnership with the other strand’s Timetabling Manager, they will also be responsible for some operational timetabling activity, management support for room bookings, data reporting and analysis, and a variety of project work.
Applicants should understand the student lifecycle and have experience of co-ordinating the input of others into a process or activity. The job requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and present data to support recommendations. The successful candidate will be able to balance competing demands to deliver a timely and accurate service and be able to undertake complex problem solving within a busy environment.
