Loughborough Sport

Loughborough University is the world’s best university for sport and we are recruiting for a proactive, dynamic and passionate individual to drive forward success with our Athletic Union sports clubs and the wider student sport offer.
To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organisational skills, be able to manage a vastly varied workload and have the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external. You'll be a great communicator, a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment within Loughborough’s Athletic Union, which consists of 63 sports clubs. The successful candidate will be expected to regularly communicate with, support and challenge the student clubs and committees to help them provide the best sporting experience to their members and achieve their goals on and off the field of play.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a forward thinking, multi sport environment that prides itself not only on high standards of achievement but also the commitment to developing our staff and students and providing a life shaping sporting experience.
Working pattern will normally be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with occasional evening and weekend work. Please note that this role is not suitable for dynamic working.
