We are currently advertising for a 0.5 FTE Wellbeing Adviser to cover Maternity Leave for up to 7 months (or sooner if post holder returns earlier). This is an exciting role based in the Mental Wellbeing Team within Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity at Loughborough University. Wellbeing Advisers provide first line guidance, advice and support to students on a wide range of wellbeing issues within the appropriate level of professional competence. This may include, but is not limited to, issues such as: disability support, safeguarding concerns, attendance issues and emotional wellbeing. The post holder will be part of a progressive team with an outward facing approach to preventative initiatives such as health promotion and group support.
