School of Science
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Executive Support Team within the School of Science. This team provides essential support to the School’s Senior Leadership Team, including the Dean, Associate Deans, Directors, and Heads of Department.
As Executive Support Administrator, you will provide dedicated PA support to the Dean and general administrative assistance across key areas such as Learning and Teaching, Research and Innovation; and departments including Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematical Sciences, Mathematics Education, Physics, and Foundation Studies.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar administrative or PA role within an office environment; and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have strong organisational abilities with good attention to detail and be confident in supporting meetings. An ability to manage a high volume of work under their own initiative is also required, as well as a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
The role is predominantly office based with the occasional opportunity to work from home.
