Part time (04. FTE) and fixed term for three years
Loughborough Sport is looking to recruit a passionate University Tennis Coordinator, part time. This role will support the development and implementation of Loughborough Sport's Tennis vision that delivers innovation, inclusivity, and quality in all aspects of tennis participation and workforce development.
Working within the Performance and Development Team, this highly motivated, organised, and natural go-getter will support the development and coordination of two core aspects of university tennis: Workforce Development (Coaches and Volunteers) and Tennis Participation (Recreational, Social, Intra Mural and Athletic Union).
The development of participation and workforce development pathways within tennis are crucial to the Loughborough Sport tennis experience and as such, this is no usual coordination role. This is a fast paced, multi-dimensional role whereby the right person will be influential in working with students and staff alike to help create truly inspiring and developmental tennis experience.
