The School and College Liaison Team work with schools, colleges and individuals from across the UK supporting students to progress to Higher Education. This work involves the delivery of programmes working with young people from underrepresented backgrounds, supporting their progression from school/college into higher education (HE).
The team are seeking a driven, organised and passionate Outreach Manager (Post-16) who will lead the co-ordination and delivery of the University’s progressive programmes.
This postholder will lead our involvement with Realising Opportunities, and other post-16 widening participation initiatives, included in the University’s Access and Participation Plan.
With a strong passion for outreach, you’ll have had previous experience working in a varied and fast-paced outreach/widening participation role. This postholder will be a self-motivated strategic thinker, with excellent organisation and communication skills.
