Programmes Administrator
We are looking for a competent, motivated and experienced administrator who will work as part of a team to support the annual cycle of tasks and processes relating to both undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes. You will need to work seamlessly with academic colleagues, as well as staff from other Schools and the University's central services. Reporting to one of the Student Administration Managers, you will play a key role in providing the very best administrative support in a busy student-facing office environment. Duties will be varied and diverse, so you will need to be flexible, be able to prioritise your workload effectively, work to tight deadlines, as well as have the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
If you are an organised, methodical team player, with excellent communication skills, this is a great opportunity to join our team and to make a positive contribution to providing an outstanding service to our students and staff.
The successful applicant must have GCSE grade C or equivalent in both English and Mathematics, together with A level or equivalent education.
