Fine Art at Loughborough offers a vibrant, creative, and critical environment that explores the possibilities of contemporary fine art practice and theory. Through the medium of drawing, painting, sculpture and print, photography, video and sound, digital media and interdisciplinary activities, students will develop an exciting and diverse body of work.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to inspire and guide students on their journey to becoming professional practitioners in the field of fine art. The ideal candidate will provide students with the confidence, experience, and skills necessary for successful careers, equipping them with transferable abilities for various employment opportunities or the pursuit of postgraduate qualifications. This dynamic, hands-on teaching role also involves enriching students’ understanding of art history, critical theories, debates, and key texts, seamlessly integrating these elements into the development of their individual artistic practices.
