Sports Development Centre
Continuing our long heritage in high performance sport we are looking for the next dynamic and passionate leader of our SuperLeague programme. You will lead a high quality coaching programme for the Loughborough Lightning squad and oversee the BUCS first team. Our newly appointed Director of Sport, Peter Keen, has been given the remit of taking the University Sports Strategy to the next level and this is a very exciting time to become a key part of the Loughborough Sport experience. Our vision is 'building a lifetime of success' and you will need to design a programme to develop talented netballers as athletes and as people. You will have proven experience of coaching and developing high performance netball; ideally you should hold a Level 4 coaching qualification. You will require excellent communication, athlete management and motivation skills, as well as good administrative skills. The role will include recruitment of new players and liaison with England Netball and clubs. The role will be offered until 31 July 2014 in the first instance.
