Position: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality, conference or events professional to join one of the UK's leading conference venue and hotel brands.
As Conference & Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our commercial and operational teams, ensuring conference and event business is planned, communicated and coordinated effectively across Imago Venues. Working closely with the Head of Revenue, you will oversee the Conference & Event Coordination Team, helping to maximise opportunities, maintain exceptional service standards and ensure customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to event completion.
This is a highly visible role, working across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are understood, operational teams are prepared, and conference and event activity runs smoothly across our venues. You'll act as an advocate for both the customer and the commercial team, helping to balance operational delivery with commercial opportunity.
