An opportunity to deliver the performance analysis support as part of an interdisciplinary team (IDT) to optimise the long-term development of the Lightning Cricket Senior and Academy squads.
As part of the ECB's new Women's Regional Domestic structure and the success of Loughborough University being awarded the host of the East Midlands, we are seeking a Performance Analysis that will play a pivotal role is supporting the Head Coach in helping develop the most talented female cricketers within the Region.
