Loughborough Sport
Part time (1 day per week) and fixed term until 31st July 2026
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead performance analysis delivery for Loughborough Lightning Netball.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong technical and tactical knowledge of netball, who will work closely with the coaching team to capture and analyse all training sessions and matches. The successful candidate will also draw on league-wide data to deliver evidence-based insights that directly support decision-making and team performance.
In addition to leading analysis delivery, the role will involve mentoring student placements and volunteers, supporting their development, and strengthening the pathway of performance analysis provision across Loughborough Netball programmes.
Through our long-standing partnership with HUDL, Lightning is supported by industry-leading performance analysis software. Applicants must therefore have a strong working knowledge of SportsCode, HUDL products, and common data visualisation tools.
This role requires flexibility, including weekend travel and some evening commitments on campus at Loughborough.
